Sowing Seeds
Its that time of year! I am planting seeding and posting updates of growth progress.
I really would like to set up a couple of window planters to maximize photosynthesis and flowering, but we will see. I've got a lot on my plate this year which accounts for the post slow down.
This year I will plant: tomato, zinnia, lemon basil and dill. stay tuned.

I might just being feeling a little emotional because its Monday but the technological progress that we made in the past 10 years is very exciting. Oh this note, I should let you all know that I have joined the ranks of twits though I know not yet for what purpose. You can find me at like_love.

Think I need to get out of town sometime soon.
The Graduate. Just want to listen to Simon and Garfunkel all day
Night at the Opera, my first Marx brothers movie. I think Harpo is my favorite. He has such a tenderness about him. Or maybe that I am watching someone who is truly enjoying themselves and is totally absorbed in what they are doing.

Internal Weather
I like this design by Brice Domingues because I can't quite tell what's going on.
Last night I dreamt that I was in a public building and some of the rooms would have rain, wind or a breeze.

I guess there are varying levels of one's engagement into their own lives.
The heightened stakes of money and stability seem to be articulating my true ambition and 'the now', like some yoga pose. I am going to be sore. top image: projection by krzysztof Wodiczko. bottom image: I forget

Busy lately so I think I will post some images stored up in my collect folder. The bummer is that I don't know where they all came from.

The Coolest
That's Kevin with the sun glasses.
He was one of my first coworkers, at least of my design career. Every Friday Kevin would yell "Hit Bob" to his sidekick, programmer, and Bob would blast some guitar heavy song. There would be rubber band wars and celebration. He taught me Flash. He was in D.C. when D.C. was the music scene. He took me to my first Indian restaurant. It was vegetarian. He turned 30 riding a camel, high on opiates. There was photos of him diving off giant cliffs and posing for head shots. What? Wild man. The kindest kind of wild, though.

Desire
Sometimes I go through phases where I want everything at once.
Clothes, new apartment, to be fluent in Spanish, nice handbag, more focusing power, furniture, new glasses, to have a more meaningful job, travel, shoes...I am in one of those phases now.
